• No, we only slice the design and let you take all the credit!

• NDA and Privacy:

• We respect your privacy and intellectual property. Maintaining your privacy and confidentiality is very important to us and we assure you that we will maintain and use your provided information in a secure, responsible and private way.

  Any information you provide to us (i.e. name, address, e-mail addresses, artwork, graphic files and any other intellectual property), is maintained in private files on our internal systems. At no time will your information be shared with a third party. We guarantee that all provided information will be kept confidential.

• When can I have my site back?

• We offer three delivery options, but we usually need 24 hours to complete an order.

• How much does it cost?

• Our base price is $99 per slice for standard XHTML templates with a delivery time of 2-3 work days.

• Have you any experience with e-mail newsletters?

• Yes, we've coded several hundred e-mail newsletters. We know all about cross-platform bugs and how to avoid them. E-mail newsletters are priced at $99 per newsletter.

• Do you offer any CMS integration?

• Yes! We offer WordPress, and CMS Made Simple integration. Please contact us for further information.

• What are the payment options?

• All payments are made through 2Checkout.com. Usually all payments are processed in several minutes so we can jump straight to work.

• Do you accept PayPal?

• Yes, we accept PayPal!

• What file format should I send?

• You can send us and format you like, but we prefer PSD, PNG or AI. If you have more files you can simply ZIP them in one archive and send it over. And don't forget the extra fonts.

• Do you offer refunds?

• We will issue a full refund in case you're not happy with our work.

• Do you offer post project support?

• Yes! We offer 7 days of free support. This includes fixing anything we might have missed or simply helping you further develop your site.

• Do you know anything about Search Engine Optimization?

• Yes, we give our best to optimize your templates for better SE rankings.
